Rockport

Rockport is the town that makes up the Island of Cape Ann.

In recent years, Rockport has been featured as a backdrop in many movies, notably Stuck on You starring Matt Damon and The Proposal with Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds.

This seaside community has historically been a tourist destination due to its art galleries, such as the Shalin Liu Performance Center, public beaches and shops along "Bearskin Neck".

The town is also desirable for families due to its public school system and cozy setting. An additional fun fact of Rockport that it is where our very own, Phil MacArthur was raised and lived prior to leaving for college in Boston. 

Gloucester

The City of Gloucester which is also located on Cape Ann has deep roots as being known as "America's Oldest Seaport".

Though its fishing community has transformed into another destination and redevelopment along Main Street which now features a number of restaurants such as Tonno and Short & Main. Additionally, in 2017 a luxury hotel, Beauport Hotel opened up along Pavillion Beach.

The city has more than 33,000 full time residents has two commuter rail stations that connect residents to North Station in Boston.

Manchester-by-the-Sea

Manchester-by-the-Sea is one of the most sought after communities north of Boston due to its school system and close knit community feel.

The downtown area offers residents a number of dining areas such as Allie's Beach Cafe, Black Arrow and Captain Dusty's Ice Cream which makes for a great treat after a long day at Singing Beach.

Manchester-By-The-Sea is known for its sprawling Estates along the Atlantic Ocean. Manchester as it is also known as is home to one of the top 100 golf courses in the United States, Essex County Club. 

Salem

Salem is of course most widely known for its Halloween Traditions as part of the cities history of the Salem Witch Trials of 1692 however has most recently become a city desirable for many younger couples looking to purchase their first home as the downtown area features highly rated restaurants such as Opus and Ledger Restaurant.

Salem is also one of the few towns and cities along the North Shore that residents can access Boston by train, car and boat. Salem's waterfront offers bars with water views, shopping and many of your everyday conveniences. The Point and Salem Willows have become the cities two most desirable neighborhoods for people relocating within the city as well as first time home buyers due to its convenience and neighborhood feel. 

Beverly

As the South Shore of Boston has become less affordable, Beverly is one of the most desirable neighborhoods on the North Shore.

Beverly features a number of different neighborhoods such as Prides Crossing, Beverly Farms and Ryal Side where buyers can find a number of housing options from condos and townhomes to traditional colonial homes to sprawling estates.

Cabot Street and Rantoul Street make up the downtown areas where shopping, commuter rail access, restaurants and small cafes are located. Many have relocated to Beverly for employment at Endicott College, Beverly Hospital, which is part of the Beth Israel Lahey Hospital system, and Axcelis Technologies.
